Culture & Regeneration Programme

A large-scale culture and regeneration programme spanning Kent and Essex needed a way to prove its work was delivering against its funder's objectives.

The opportunity

With dozens of projects and partners across the programme, there was no consistent framework for evidencing impact against the funder's objectives, or capturing the human stories behind the numbers.

What we did

We built the evaluation framework, aligning it to the funder's objectives, and designed the approach for gathering real stories through video and interviews, laying the groundwork for the programme's Social Return on Investment analysis.

Why it mattered

The programme was left with a framework built around what its funder actually cared about, and a way of capturing real voices alongside the data, ready for further evaluation work to build on.
