The opportunity

A major London regeneration scheme needed to build trust and gather authentic input from the existing community as part of its wider masterplanning, alongside residents, youth, schools and the architecture team.

What we did

We contributed to the community engagement work as part of a wider team, helping to shape a community storytelling initiative to capture local people's experiences of a key community space, and taking part in community panel meetings and design workshops alongside residents and the architecture team.

Why it mattered

The engagement work helped surface authentic community voices and fed directly into the scheme's wider community-led masterplanning programme.
