The opportunity

The programme matches landlords' empty office space with charities who need it, but had no consistent way to collect or prove the impact each match was making.

What we did

We built the impact framework and data collection tools needed, covering what to track, how to gather it, and how to report it, plus simple versions charities and landlords could use themselves.

Why it mattered

The programme could show, with real data, that free space was creating real impact, not just good intentions.
